1. License & Use

Upon purchasing a license, you will receive a unique license key granting you lifetime access to the tools. This license is personal, non-transferable, and intended solely for lawful use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of QuickClone complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QuickClone responsibly and for legitimate purposes only. You are strictly prohibited from using QuickClone:

• In any manner that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• For any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent activities.
• To distribute, modify, or resell the Extension without prior written consent.
• To transmit or facilitate the transmission of unsolicited advertisements or spam.

3. No Liability for Usage

QuickClone is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not assume responsibility for how you use QuickClone. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You bear full responsibility for compliance with all relevant laws.
• We are not liable for any consequences resulting from your use of our tools.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not collect or store any personal data or browsing history through the Extension. The only information we collect is your email address, which is required for the checkout process when purchasing a license. We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

5. License Key Usage

Your license key is unique and must not be shared, resold, or used for unauthorized purposes. If we detect unauthorized usage, we reserve the right to revoke access without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the Extension.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds. Once a license key is issued, we cannot revoke access remotely. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to provide feedback so we can improve the Extension.
